English arts, and crafts meet the seaside beach house. This 4000 square foot home is both relaxed and elegant all at the same time.
Main floor living was the key, and is designed so that every major room gets a stunning waterfront view. The great room has a high ceiling with plenty of windows to catch your attention. From the moment you enter the home, the ocean view is your first impression. A absolute must for any waterfront lot.
A major consideration, the homeowner, wanted us to provide was for was the kitchen sink to be at an exterior window facing the water. The basic floor plan was geared to accommodate this, and set up the dining room to be located between the kitchen and the great room. Providing the passageway to the deck off of the dining room was the solution to create the connection between the spaces.

The ‘L’ shaped footprint for the home designed was to minimize the garage door impact upon approach, and set the driveway up perfect for coming and going on daily basis.
The exterior has cedar shingle siding, with just the right amount of accents and trim to be timeless and tasteful.
The home is the perfect beach house designed for comfort and tranquility, and the homeowners are thrilled with the design.
