This beautiful condominium, with sweeping downtown views and Victoria Harbour really deserved a facelift out of the 90’s. The footprint is compact, and every minute inch of space was needed for storage and efficiency in this modern interior.
Updates included staining existing floor to suit natural existing slate tile, space planning and millwork design in kitchen and hallway storage areas, main bathroom facelift and primary ensuite renovation.
The kitchen and adjacent hallway existing storage was adjusted to accommodate a full height column freezer, appliance storage and broom closet. This allowed the kitchen to accommodate a full height column fridge. Every drawer and cupboard contained a space for all the required day to day needs.
The primary ensuite was given a much needed improvement with the removal of a drop in, little used, tub and small shower and replaced with a beautiful walk in shower with modern fixtures AND room for a linen, storage and laundry tilt out adjacent.

To finalize, a new fireplace design incorporating an electric fireplace with recessed television above shifted this tired space to edgy and modern – ready for a couple of decades worth of entertaining, calm retreat and rest.
