Play of Colour

This 1980’s rancher received a very modern and timeless facelift. Touches of refinement are in every detail with special attention paid to texture and play of color

The pink walls and carpet were replaced with a brushed oak floor and warm toned walls. This created a great backdrop for sleeker and more current furniture and finishes in tones of gray

In the master bathroom, a walnut vanity with broken edge quartz countertop was a luxurious addition. The herringbone marble tile accent provided a beautiful detail in both the walk in shower and as a “carpet” in front of the vanity

The modern front entrance door and tile “carpet” are a welcoming insight into the rest of the space

Removal of only a few existing walls in the main living areas was required to create an open concept. This provided a fantastic entertaining area that had distinct function and zones.
