Notting Hill

Custom West Coast Contemporary Home Design

Notting Hill was designed to be impressive from all angles because the home’s sides face the street or are adjacent to a golf cart path and putting green. As one moves around the home, the architecture reveals intricate structural designs such as large cantilevers, soaring vaults and a hidden garage. The uniquely varied exterior transfers directly to the home’s interior spaces. Accomplishing these features on a complex site without compromising the home’s breathtaking views proved an exciting challenge.

This dynamic 4500 square foot custom west coast contemporary home was a 2019 Vancouver Island Care Award winner, that’s boasts a large hidden display garage visible to a state of the art media and entertainment area, exercise gym, 4 bedrooms, with master suite with spacious ensuite and large walk in closet.

Architectural features include full height tapered rock columns with accented wood trim and soffits, and an angled living room cantilevered over hidden display garage providing high impact street appeal.
