Oasis

A complete renovation project of an existing mid-century modern home, Oasis is located on a secluded waterfront property with panoramic view of the ocean. This house was untouched from the original state dating back to the late 1970’s.

The project was a complete demo down right to the studs with a secondary suite addition constructed above the existing flat roofed garage which was separated from the original home by a breezeway.

A small addition was also constructed at the side of the home to allow for the ensuite tub to be situated to have an oceanfront view.

A brand-new kitchen was installed in the existing location. And all new plumbing and fixtures installed in all the bathrooms including the primary ensuite.

On the lower floor a new media room was created with all new millwork for a bar, television, and storage.
