This lot had the potential for the ultimate million-dollar view that every client dreams of, the problem was the lot was not oriented in the right direction. Or was it? With some ingenuity and perseverance, we found a solution to capture the views our clients so desperately wanted.
By angling a portion of the footprint of the home toward to city lights, we were able to maximize the view to get the wow factor where it needed to be.
We designed the house to fit the direction of the view.
